Refund policy

Any item in its original unopened packaging is eligible to be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate return, simply email us at asri.homeandliving@gmail.com to coordinate the return quoting your order number and we will issue a Return Form for you to fill out. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging, our team will check the items and send you an email regarding the receipt and refund of the amount.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and with labels intact. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and it’ll need a proof of purchase.
Our 7 calendar day return policy does not apply to items that have been removed from their original packaging, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, products damaged after receipt of delivery, sale items, display pieces and pre-loved items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount that we will refund you. Asri has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
